Hello! My name is Eimear and I'm a 26-year-old illustrator and graphic designer from Ireland.

 

From the first time I picked up a pencil, art has had a profound impact on my life. I am more experienced working with traditional art mediums, but I continue to practice my digital art skills.

 

At 12 years old, I won 1st prize in the National Texaco Children’s Art Competition. This was when I started to find my own artistic style. The artwork that I submitted was a mixed media portrait, consisting of collage, pencil, and pen.

I graduated from Dublin City University in 2020 with a BSc in Multimedia. I am currently working as a Graphic Designer in the Brand Management department of a stockbroker firm in Dublin.

 

When I'm not working, I make time to improve my artistic skills and share my creations with the world. I post about all things art on my various social media pages, under the handle @_ealaiontoir (pronounced al-ee-in-tore – meaning artist in Irish!).
